Ingredients

6 slices bread (1/2-inch thick)
dried egg (enough for 2 eggs)
1 c. Wheaties cereal, crushed
confectioners sugar or syrup
Preparation

Trim crusts from bread; cut slices lengthwise into rectangles. Reconstitute dried egg.
Dip bread slices into egg, then into cereal.
Fry until golden brown in lightly greased skillet or griddle over campfire or on grill over medium coals.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
