Carrot Coin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced cooked carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat soup, sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil.
    Pour sauce over vegetables and let stand 4 to 8 hours.
    Serve chilled.
