Mexican Sweat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppers (optional)
    1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bag Doritos
    1 onion
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Mix together Ro-Tel, all soups and peppers.
    Brown meat and onions.
    Mix with soup mixture.
    Layer in baking pan: Doritos, meat mixture, grated cheese and ending with cheese on top.
    Make at least 2 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
