Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. box large shells
    2 qt. jars spaghetti sauce
    2 tsp. Italian spice (add to spaghetti sauce jar)
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown together ground beef, onions and garlic.
    Drain.
    Mix Mozzarella cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Cook shells in boiling water 12 to 15 minutes.
    Drain. Mix meat mixture with cheese mixture.
    Fill shells with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
    Place a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of two 9 x 13-inch pans.
    Place stuffed shells in pan. Cover with balance of sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
