Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 small yellow squash
    1 egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 to 10 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice and cook squash until tender; drain.
    Mix beaten egg with softened butter and add to squash along with other ingredients.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling around the edges about 20 to 30 minutes.
