Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 medium can peas, drained
    1 medium can carrots, drained
    1 small onion can, drained
    2 medium cans potatoes, drained
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper
    other spices to taste or mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in covered casserole.
    Cover. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 or more hours, until beef is tender.
    Stir several times; add water if begins to dry out.
