German Style Turkey Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 slice bread, (crumbs)
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Mix meats, bread, eggs, onion, 2 tablespoons parsley, lemon juice and seasonings; shape into 2-inch balls.
    Bring chicken broth to a boil.
    Drop balls into broth.
    Simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes.
    Remove balls from broth.
    Take water and blend in flour.
    Blend into broth, stirring until thickened.
    Add remaining parsley.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reheat meat balls in gravy, then stir in sour cream.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 6.
