Edith Bennett'S Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water and mix in.
    Mix together canola oil, warm water, sugar and salt.
    Add egg and flour and mix to form stiff dough.
    Roll dough 3/8-inch thick.
    Cut in circles. Dip both sides in melted margarine or butter and fold one side over other.
    Refrigerate or let rise for 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
