Sugar-Free Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 regular pie crusts
1/3 c. boiling water
6 pkg. Sweet One
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon sugar-free gelatin
3 1/4 c. 2% milk
2 pkg. vanilla sugar-free instant pudding
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation

Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
Bake pie crusts; set aside to cool.
Bring water to a boil and add gelatin; stir well until dissolved thoroughly.
Add milk to pudding mix; blend well. Add gelatin, Sweet One and cheese to pudding mix and beat with mixer until well blended.
Pour into pie crusts and refrigerate. Makes 2 pies.
