Fish And Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vegetable oil
French fried potatoes
1 lb. fish fillets, cut in half
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Heat oil ( 2 to 3 minutes) in deep hot fryer or kettle to 375\u00b0.
Prepare French fried potatoes, allowing 1 potato for each person.
Keep warm.
Dry fish fillets.
