Homemade Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag cranberries
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil cranberries in 2 cups of water until tender and most have popped (mash while boiling).
    Strain through wire colander. Should have 2 tablespoons of pulp left after straining.
    Put back into saucepan; add margarine and sugar.
    Cook until thick consistency.
    Pour into Pyrex or mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Chill until firm.
    Garnish with parsley.
