Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes, diced
1 small can tomato paste
1/4 c. olive oil
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. paprika
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation

Combine beef, garlic and onion in large skillet and cook slowly about 10 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients in large crock-pot or regular pot. Mix together and add meat; cook slowly about 6 to 7 hours.
