Spinach And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pack spinach
    1 medium onion
    dash of pepper
    6 medium potatoes
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Wash spinach; chop fine and set aside.
    Shred potatoes and onions into eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Spread half of potato mixture in shallow baking dish; spread spinach for second layer and top with remaining potatoes.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are browned and done.
