Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    7 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak yeast in lukewarm water 5 minutes without stirring; stir well before adding to milk mixture.
    Add eggs and shortening; stir well.
    Gradually add flour; knead well.
    Place in greased bowl; let rise.
    Punch down; let rise again.
    Punch down; shape into rolls. Let rise and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
