Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 oz. (1 small can) mushrooms (stems and pieces)
    1 small Mozzarella cheese, grated on large side
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, cut in small pieces
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts (packed in water), cut up
    1 tsp. grated cheese
    9-inch frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Fry everything except cheese and eggs until brown.
    Then mix in your eggs and cheese.
    Pour into pie shell and bake about 30 minutes, until golden brown at 350\u00b0 (preheat).
