Mexican Lasagna(Yield: 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Lasagna Noodles
    1 lb. Chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
    2 Tbsp. Oil
    1 medium Green Pepper, Chopped
    1/4 cup Onion, Chopped
    2 tsp. Chili Powder
    2 cups Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)
    1 Egg
    2 cups Prepared Salsa
    1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    Sour Cream, Sliced Olives and Chopped Tomatoes for Garnish
Preparation
    1. Cook lasagna noodles according to directions.
    Drain. Separate lasagna and lay out flat on wax paper to keep from sticking.
