Cream Of Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, sliced thin
    3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 cans chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. flour
    dash of white pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons of the butter with the oil in a large saucepan.
    Add onion and saute for 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and tomato paste.
    Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with flour and stir well with a wooden or Teflon spoon.
    Add broth, sugar and pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour into blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
    Strain into saucepan and add cream.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring in remaining butter.
