Mother'S Country-Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thick round steak
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. hot fat
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 chopped onion
    water (enough to cover meat)
Preparation
    Cover and bake in oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Keep covered and you will have a delicious brown gravy.
