Seven-Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, torn in small pieces
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or Bac*Os
Preparation
    Layer the vegetables in order listed.
    Seal top with mayonnaise.
    Mix cheese and sugar; sprinkle on top.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle bacon or Bac*Os on top.
