Baked Chicken Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
    2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 tsp. celery salt
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. shortening, melted
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl; stir well.
    Add chicken, coating well.
    Cover and chill 8 to 10 hour or overnight.
    Remove chicken from mixture. Coat evenly with bread crumbs.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Combine margarine and shortening; spoon 1/2 cup over chicken. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Spoon remaining margarine mixture over chicken and bake 15 more minutes or until brown.
    Makes 12 servings.
