Pie Crust For Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
4 to 5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Cut in shortening until coarse-like meal.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough makes a ball. Roll into 8 small pie crusts.
Add apple or peach pie filling and fry in 1 tablespoon shortening.
Add shortening as needed.
This crust is very flaky and delicious.
