Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Campbell's noodle soup with real chicken broth
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 medium onion, chopped, or 1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. diced chicken or turkey
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except meat and tortilla chips and bring to boil.
    Add meat.
    Simmer ingredients for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips with cheese melted on top.
