Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cook until it begins to soften
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 qt. milk
    raisins
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix and cook together the rice, sugar, vanilla, evaporated milk and milk.
    Add raisins and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Put all together in a 2 quart baking dish.
    Stir often so it does not scum on the top.
    Cook about 1 hour or until brown on the top.
    Or serve with nutmeg on top with milk.
