Uncle Harry'S Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. chopped meat or ground turkey
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of tomato soup
garlic powder to taste
1 (12 oz.) bag wide noodles

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bring 6 quarts of salted water to a boil, add noodles and cook \"al dente.\"
(You want noodles undercooked because they will finish in the baking.) Drain.
In a preheated, heavy skillet, saute the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until it is brown.
Drain off any fat.
Add the soups and the garlic powder to the meat and saute for 3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Fold the mixture into the noodles, put in a lasagna pan and bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
While this recipe serves four, it is easily doubled.
