South Carolina Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup (with peppers) or 1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Marinate overnight.
    Cook in crock-pot until tender (approximately 6 to 7 hours).
