Savory Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. prepared Italian, Caesar or Russian dressing
    1 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Dip into salad dressing, then into crumbs.
    Fry over medium heat in small amount of hot oil until crisp and fish flakes.
    Serve with lemon.
