Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 medium size potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion
    1 c. mayo
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes whole.
    Peel when done.
    Mix the sour cream, parsley flakes, salt, onion, mayo and celery seed.
    Slice potatoes and place in casserole dish.
    Add a layer of mixture, then another layer of potatoes until dish is full.
