Ingredients

1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (24 Oreos, cream scraped off)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
2/3 c. chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. hot water
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
shaved chocolate (optional)
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter.
In a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan, pat crumbs firmly on bottom and sides. Chill.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add milk and syrup.
In a small cup, dissolve the instant coffee in hot water.
Add to chocolate mixture; mix well.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Pour into prepared pan.
Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings.
Return leftovers to freezer.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
