Breakfast Of Champions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices sourdough French bread
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 cube, softened butter
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slightly butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Butter bread on one side, and cut into cubes.
    Place in baking dish and set aside. Cook sausage, until it changes color, and drain.
    Spread cooked sausage over bread cubes and top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
