Modified Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. mashed pumpkin
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour and beat on medium speed with mixer until well combined.
    Stir in flour just until mixed. Pour into 2 lightly greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
