Crunchy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 c. sliced celery
    2/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Blend together sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Toss first 6 ingredients with sour cream mixture.
    Put half of the mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with 1/2 cup chow mein noodles.
    Add remaining mixture and top with 1/2 cup chow mein noodles.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
