Mom'S White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    8 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 - 2 tsp. parsley
    1 - 2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. celery leaves, chopped
    1 can Progresso white clam sauce
    3 cans chopped clams with juice (add more if desired)
    hot pepper
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in oil until brown.
    Add hot pepper as it it browns.
    Add seasoning and saute a
    minute or two.
    Add clams and clam sauce and cook 30 minutes.
    Add white wine and cook 30 minutes more.
    Serve over 1 lb. of cooked spaghetti.
