Tomato Aspic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Melt jello in hot water.
Pour in tomatoes and lemon juice. If you want to make this in a ring, double the recipe.
Fill center with cottage cheese.
