Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. instant coffee
3 c. boiling water
6 c. sugar
1 vanilla bean
1 fifth vodka

Preparation

Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Add sugar and vanilla bean. Let cool.
Add vodka.
Pour in gallon jug.
Cap tightly and let stand 30 days.
