Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour (if using all-purpose, add 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour and sugar.
Stir in beer gently and mix until blended (do not overmix).
Pour into well-greased loaf pan (dough will be lumpy).
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Drizzle with margarine. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
