Crab Wontons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat (use good quality)
    3 or 4 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    few drops Tabasco
    1 lb. wonton skins
    garlic powder to taste
    grated onion, small amount
Preparation
    Shred crabmeat.
    Blend cheese, soy sauce, garlic, Tabasco and onion; mix well.
    Put 1/2 teaspoon in center of wonton skin. Moisten edges with egg.
    Pinch corners together.
    Fry in oil 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Dip in sweet and sour sauce.
