Cholupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork roast (no more)
    1 lb. pinto beans
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed or powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce (picante or Tabasco, etc.)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put pork roast and pinto beans in large pot and cover with water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook at least 8 hours over low heat.
    Serve in individual bowls over corn chips or Doritos or Fritos.
    On top, put grated cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion and hot sauce.
