Frosted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1 lb. pecan halves
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff.
Stir in pecans.
Mix
sugar, salt and cinnamon together.
Add pecan mixture;
stir well.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
