Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped scallions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut breasts in strips.
    Assemble remaining ingredients.
    Melt margarine in a large skillet over high heat.
    Add chicken and scallions.
    Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
    Cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add mushroom soup, mushrooms and water. Heat to boiling, stirring until smooth.
    Reduce heat, blend in sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over hot noodles.
