Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 carrots, sliced
    1 squash, diced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 potatoes, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 c. V-8 juice
    2 c. green beans
    2 c. lima beans
    2 c. peas or pork and beans
Preparation
    Combine bouillon cubes, water, onion, carrots, squash, celery, potatoes and pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Add V-8 juice and beans.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Any other vegetable can be added or used as a substitute, or any of the above can be left out.
