Chili Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. corn chips
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can chili
sour cream (optional)
sliced ripe olives (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In 1-quart casserole, layer 2 cups corn chips, onion, 1/2 cup cheese and chili.
Top with remaining 1 cup corn chips.
Bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with sour cream and olives, if desired.
Makes about 4 servings.
