1 1/2 Steak, thin sliced
1 Package Long Rice (bean curd), soaked and drained
2 Tbsp. Salad Oil
1/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
2 Medium Onions, thin sliced
1 Green Pepper, thin sliced
1 Cup Celery, cut at 1 inch slants
1 Can Water Chestnuts, sliced
1 Can Bamboo Shoots, sliced
1 Can Mushrooms, sliced
1 Bunch Green Onions, angle sliced
