Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 red peppers
    15 green peppers
    15 medium size onions
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Run peppers and onions through meat chopper.
    Cover with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain and add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
