Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Put butter and boiling water in a saucepan; place over heat and boil until butter is melted.
    Add flour all at once and stir hard.
    Cook until mixture is thick and smooth and does not stick to side of pan, stirring constantly so it does not burn.
    Place mixture in large bowl of mixer and add eggs one at a time, beating on Number 3 speed for about 1/2 minute after each addition.
    Drop by teaspoon on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    When cool, slice in half and fill with your favorite filling.
    Yields 24 small puffs.
