Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 large onions, sliced
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Brown ground beef with onions and green pepper until vegetables are tender; drain.
Add remaining ingredients (except cheese) and heat thoroughly.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cheese.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
