Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    dash of seasoned salt
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Mash with one tablespoon butter and milk.
    Add salt,
    pepper and Parmesan cheese.
