Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled potatoes, cut in 8 wedges
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
Preparation
    Wedge potatoes after thoroughly washing.
    Mix remaining ingredients and dip potatoes in this mixture. Arrange on a foil lined pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, brushing occasionally with remaining oil mixture.
