Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Separate eggs
    and
    beat egg yolks.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, spices and
    pumpkin.
    In double boiler, heat pumpkin mixture, stirring constantly.
    Dissolve
    gelatin in cold water and add to hot mixture.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
