Omelet Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    8 slices cheese
    8 slices ham
Preparation
    Cut edges off bread, then put 8 slices of bread on bottom of long dish.
    Layer bread with cheese, then ham.
    Cover with the other slices of bread.
    Mix the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard in a bowl, then pour the mixture over the bread, cheese and ham. Cover.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Excellent for breakfast or a brunch!
