Marinated Duck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 ducks
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 bay leaves, crumbled
Preparation

Cut ducks in half lengthwise.
Place in plastic bag in shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over duck.
Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
